HOW OUR RIDES WORK

Get Your Bike & Meet Your Guide

Arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled ride start time to get your bike adjusted to your height.

Follow your guide on a bike tour of Grand Haven.
You will bike approximately 8 miles for a total of just under an hour of biking.
Biking will be broken up into approximately 15 minute segments.
2. SIP

You will have 30 minutes at each stop to grab a drink (& snack) and relax!
Food and drinks are not included in the price of your tour. You are responsible for purchasing your own drinks and/ or food.

Each tour lasts approximately 3 hours.

We keep our tours small, fun, and personal. There is a maximum of 14 people on each tour - 12 individual bikes and one tandem bike.

Anyone aged 13+ is welcome to participate in our tours. Only people 21+ will be able to drink alcohol on the tours. This is strictly enforced.
Only adult size bicycles are available, so you must be able to reach the pedals and ride on your own.

Yes, helmets are required.
You are welcome to bring your own helmet. If you do not bring one, we will provide one for you.

We use Batch Step-Through Comfort Bikes.
Only adult size bikes are available. Each bike is equipped with a basket, bike bell, and a water bottle holder.

No, neither food nor drinks are included in the purchase of your ticket. Your tour includes using the bike, a helmet, and a guided tour.
You are responsible for purchasing your own food and drink at each location.

Tickets are 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to the date of your tour. Within 14-7 days prior to your tour, a 50% refund is available. No refund is available within 7 days of your scheduled tour.
Tour will go on rain or shine, but is subject to extreme weather conditions.
In the event that there are extreme weather conditions, Mi Bike Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours. If we are unable to reschedule your tour, a 100% refund will be given.
Once a tour has been started no refund will be given, even if cut short due to weather conditions, choice not to continue, and any other reason.
